Help Stop Overly Restrictive THC Limits For Full Spectrum Hemp Products and Support Fair Regulations for Delta-8

HB 1613 and SB 1698 would create per serving/per container THC limits for hemp products, prohibiting the majority of Full Spectrum products sold.  But more problematically, the bills would prohibit ingestible or inhalable hemp extracts from containing synthetic or natural controlled substances, including delta-8 THC, delta-10 THC, HHC, THCA, THCP, and THCV. Florida lawmakers should follow Kentucky’s model, which strictly regulates intoxicating products and makes sure that they are unavailable to minors.

Please use our State Action Center to urge lawmakers to support fair regulations for delta-8. Our technology makes it super easy. Once you input your zip code, the appropriate email or state petition will populate—with your legislators’ office already identified and an editable message prepared. With a simple click of the button, lawmakers will hear your voice loud and clear.

Even if you aren’t a Florida resident or business, please share this page with your friends, colleagues, customers, and social media contacts in the state. Help us build our Hemp Supporter armies to assist us in these battles, which have a national impact.
