H563 establishes THC limits for ingestible hemp products. The House’s version limits ingestible product to 3mg per serving of delta-9, delta-7, delta-8, or delta-10 THC in the aggregate. The Senate’s version is much better, setting limits of 25mg per serving for non-liquid ingestible products and 10mg per serving for liquid ingestible products.
