Hemp is in fight or flight mode, and we are positioned to fight. Senator Rand Paul has filed an amendment that would strike hemp banning provisions from the proposed minibus. We need every single Senator to vote YES on Senator Paul’s amendment, a move that would SAVE the $28.4B hemp industry.
If the amendment is not passed, 95% of our industry will be banned as a result of the newly proposed .4mg THC caps per container. This would ensure that seniors, veterans, and many other consumers who depend on hemp for their health and well-being would be unable to legally purchase these products, disrupting their care and leaving them scrambling for alternatives.
