Missouri: Help us improve HB 669!
HB 669 would create labeling requirements for CBD oil products and would require that a factual basis statement be included on the label. Many of these requirements seem to be taken from marijuana labeling rules and are unique to Missouri. The bill would also inappropriately prohibit selling CBD oil products to persons under 21.
We sent a letter to the bill sponsors urging that they make important changes to HB 669. Please use our portal to encourage other Missouri lawmakers to support amended versions of HB 669. If the age restriction in HB 669 is not removed, please ask your legislators to oppose the bill.
Our portal makes it super easy. Once you input your zip code, the appropriate email or state petition will populate—with your legislators already identified and an editable message prepared. With a simple click of the button, they will hear your voice loud and clear.
Even if you do not hail from the Missouri, please share this page with your friends, colleagues, customers, and social media contacts in the state. Help us build our Hemp Supporter armies to assist us in these battles, which have a national impact.
