Missouri Senate Bill 54 and House Bill 593 would give hemp products exclusively to the marijuana monopoly by forcing hemp producers to buy a multimillion dollar license from a cannabis licensee just to stay in business. This would wipe out thousands of businesses, impact tens of thousands of jobs, and block affordable consumer access to hemp products.
