HB 1328 would regulate intoxicating THC products as marijuana and limit their sale to licensed dispensaries. Delta-8 is one of the bill’s targets, but it’s unclear how delta-8 would be regulated or which other cannabinoids would be impacted. Missouri lawmakers should follow Kentucky’s model, which strictly regulates intoxicating products and makes sure that they are unavailable to minors.
