PAST BILL
Please oppose SB 3926/SB 0776 SAM1
PASSED October 01, 2024
SB 3926, SB776, and now an amendment to HB4293 would have limited hemp consumer products to 0.5mg total THC per serving/2mg total THC per package, including ointments and tinctures. Additionally, hemp consumer products would have required a 25:1 ratio of total cannabinoids to total THC and would be limited to persons 21 or older. These arbitrary and unfair restrictions would have restricted most popular hemp products, even products that are not intoxicating.
