HB 2704 would create a new category for cannabinoid oil products but would limit the products to persons 21 or older. The restriction applies to any product containing an extract from cannabis that is composed of 0.5% cannabinoid by weight. Even though the bill refers to “cannabis” extracts, there is no clear exception for traditional hemp extracts or non-intoxicating products.
