If passed, HB 98 bill would hand Delaware’s hemp industry to the marijuana and liquor monopolies by forcing all consumable hemp products to only be sold in licensed retail marijuana stores. THC beverages could only be sold via a 3-tier system in liquor or licensed retail marijuana stores. Online sales would be strictly prohibited. This would wipe out thousands of businesses, eliminate tens of thousands of jobs, and restrict consumer access. The bill has made it through committee, and there are just a few more steps to go. But we still have time to request changes.  

Please use this state action form to send an email to your representative and senator using this simple form urging opposition to this harmful legislation.
