AB 45 passes California Senate 29-2!

Great news from the Golden State! AB 45, our three-year effort in California to explicitly permit the sale of hemp-derived extracts such as CBD, just passed the state Senate by an overwhelming 29-2 vote.

It now goes to the State Assembly for its final test either tomorrow or Friday. While previous iterations have passed the Assembly by large margins, we cannot take anything for granted, particularly since we need a 2/3 majority.
