BREAKING ACTION ALERT IN OHIO – SB 57 Passes House!
When we last reported on the Buckeye State, Senate Bill 57 — which makes hemp and hemp products, like CBD, legal in Ohio – had passed the Senate unanimously, but had stalled in the House. Word was that the House might not take up the bill until the fall.
We asked Ohio’s Hemp Supporters to email their legislators. Thousands took action.
And the legislature listened.
This afternoon, Senate Bill 57 passed the House floor on a 88-3 vote. Because there were some amendments made in the House, the bill now goes back to the Senate for reconciliation.
