California, Here We Come

Last week, the California Department of Health issued this public statement about hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD). In summary, they argue that hemp-derived CBD products CANNOT be sold in retail markets in the Golden State.

The U.S. Hemp Roundtable strongly disagrees with the agency’s legal conclusions. We will not let this stand without a fight.

In the coming days, our counsel will be preparing our strategy for addressing this misguided guidance. We will also be enlisting our grassroots army – YOU – in this effort.
