Last week, we were thrilled to announce that U.S. Hemp Roundtable General Counsel, Jonathan Miller, will be testifying during a historic hearing on hemp and CBD being held by the House Oversight and Accountability Committee’s Subcommittee on Health Care and Financial Services on Thursday, July 27th at 2:00 PM ET.  It will be the FIRST TIME Congress will formally scrutinize the continuing failure of the FDA’s inaction on the development of a regulatory framework for hemp-derived CBD.

Now he spends his time working with Congress, the White House, the USDA, FDA and DEA to promote policies that advance the industry.
