Watch Our General Counsel, Jonathan Miller, Testify Before the Ohio Senate TODAY

We’re excited to share that Jonathan Miller, General Counsel of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, will testify TODAY before the Ohio Senate General Government Committee against SB 326.

Testimony starts at 3:30 ET, although we won’t know when Jonathan speaks until the hearing begins. 

As we’ve reported for weeks, SB 326 would ban hemp products containing more than 0.5mg of delta-9 THC per serving, 2mg of delta-9 THC per package, or 0.5mg of any other THC per package. These products would be classified as intoxicating and completely prohibited in the state. During his testimony, Jonathan will emphasize the importance of protecting hemp businesses and ensuring fair regulations for Ohio hemp farmers, manufacturers, and retailers.
