USHR Letter to Ohio Senate Regarding Dangerous Hemp Bill

Ohio is coming down to the wire, as this past week debate around SB326 continued behind the scenes. We’ve seen a wide variety of proposals, including one that would have restricted the majority of hemp products to the dispensary channel. We reacted swiftly, sending this letter to Senate leadership in opposition to the proposal.
