The House’s version of SB 20 contains important protections for hemp products that will stimulate Indiana’s hemp farming and hemp products industries. The bill re-legalizes the retail sale of craft hemp flower to persons 21 or older under strict controls. The bill also sets a 21-or-older age limit for popular products like delta-8.
