Oppose Unfair Regulations for Hemp Products

Under a new proposed rule, cannabinoid hemp products could not exceed 1.25mg of total THC per serving and must have a CBD to THC ratio greater than 15:1. Also, the proposed rule imposes labeling requirements, including warning statements, and child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging requirements. The restrictions appear to apply to intoxicating and nonintoxicating products alike and could effectively ban popular products like broad spectrum and full spectrum.

Please use our State Action Center to notify regulators that the proposed regulations would upend the hemp products industry and harm hemp businesses in North Dakota. Our technology makes it super easy. Once you input your zip code, the appropriate email or state petition will populate—with the regulators’ office already identified and an editable message prepared. With a simple click of the button, lawmakers will hear your voice loud and clear.
