PAST BILL

Help Oppose Strict Requirements For Consumable Hemp Products

PASSED January 01, 2024

HB 605 sets strict requirements for consumable hemp products, including requiring tamper-evident packaging. The bill prohibits a consumable hemp product from containing a synthetically-derived cannabinoid or any cannabinoid that does not naturally occur in hemp. And, regardless of product type, a consumable hemp product package would be limited to 20 total servings.
