H563 would have established THC limits for ingestible hemp products. The House’s version limited ingestible product to 3mg per serving of delta-9, delta-7, delta-8, or delta-10 THC in the aggregate. The Senate’s version was much better, setting limits of 25mg per serving for non-liquid ingestible products and 10mg per serving for liquid ingestible products. 

H563 did not make it out of the House Committee on Rules, Calendar, and Operations.
