 HB 818 is a good bill that protects hemp products available for commercial sale and makes clear that hemp is not an adulterant. The bill also defines hemp the way the term is defined in the 2018 Farm Bill and creates a voluntary certification program by which cannabinoid manufacturing, packaging, and labeling can be certified as good manufacturing practices.
