Urgent: Protect Hemp Products in Iowa!
Just last year, Iowa enacted a law protecting hemp drinks and gummies by setting THC limits of 4mg/serving and 10mg/container. But some organizations are already working to undo the new law—and to go even further by banning all consumable hemp products. This would result in the closure of every CBD store in Iowa and the removal of even non-intoxicating products from the shelves.
Please urge legislators to stand by last year’s law and protect consumable hemp products. Rather than banning hemp THC products, reasonable restrictions—like those enacted last year—ensure that adult consumers have access to the products they need, while keeping intoxicating products out of the hands of children.
