House Bill 328 threatens the state’s hemp industry. The bill proposes excessively high licensing fees that could threaten many small and local hemp businesses. Even more concerning, it would ban most hemp products by allowing only isolated Delta-9 THC – effectively eliminating access to CBD and other beneficial cannabinoids.

We support smart regulation, but this bill must be amended to protect small businesses and preserve access to safe, legal hemp products in North Carolina.

Please ask legislators to oppose House Bill 328.
