HB 458: Help Prevent Overly Restrictive Age Limits On Consumable Hemp Products (Victory)

On July 14th, we reported that Georgia’s legislative session had ended earlier in the year with HB 458 failing to pass. This was an important victory for the industry, as the bill would have restricted consumable products to persons 21 or older, regardless of their THC content. This kind of blanket restriction goes too far.
