🚨 Urgent Action Needed in California!
Attention California Hemp Supporters! We need your immediate action to protect the future of hemp in California!
Recent amendments to AB 2223 pose a severe threat to the thriving hemp industry in the state of California. If passed, these amendments would impose restrictive THC potency limits, capping hemp products at 0.25mg total THC per serving or 1mg total THC per package. Such stringent regulations would effectively dismantle the full spectrum hemp industry, jeopardizing the progress we’ve fought so hard to achieve since the passage of AB 45.
But we can take action TODAY to make our voices heard! It’s crucial that we act now to urge our legislators to oppose these harmful THC potency limits.
Here’s how you can help:
- Visit our State Action Center: Head to our State Action Center. There, you’ll find all the resources you need to contact your legislators and voice your opposition to AB 2223’s harmful milligram and serving limits.
