Reps. Andy Barr (R-KY) and Angie Craig (D-MN) have introduced the bipartisan Lawful Hemp Protection Act, landmark federal legislation that would establish a national regulatory framework for hemp-derived products and replace the federal hemp ban scheduled to take effect this November.
