Urgent Call to Hemp Supporters: Tell Congress to Save Hemp Now!

The infamous Mary Miller Amendment (discussed in detail here) has been attached to both the Farm Bill and the House FY 25 Agriculture/FDA Appropriations bill – the bill that funds all agriculture programs.  These bills might reach the House floor in the days or weeks ahead.

Fortunately, a bipartisan group of Members of Congress – led by Reps. Morgan McGarvey (D-KY) and Nancy Mace (R-SC) – are leading an effort to strip this hemp killing language from the spending bill.

We need you to urge your U.S. Representative NOW to save the hemp industry by stripping this language from pending legislation.
